Here are the volunteer requirements for the 2022 season and beyond:  These requirements are per Family

  1. Will need a postdated check for $300.00 dated July 1, 2022.  Your check can be turned in during Skills day, or if not able to attend on a makeup day to be determined, then it must be mailed to our P.O. box by April 1, 2022.  Your son or daughter will not be allowed to practice, play games or get their uniform until the volunteer check is turned in.  So please have your check turned at the skills day or makeup day.  Our address is: OCLL P.O. box 175, Oak creek, WI 53154.  make checks payable to OCLL.
  2. Each Family is responsible for a min. of 5 hours of volunteer time.
  3. You can do the following to fulfill your volunteer requirement
    1. 1 regular 5 hour concession shift .
    2. (2) - 2.5 hour or (2) 3.5 hour Special Event Shifts
  4. Rain outs:
    1. If a game is rained out prior to the start of your shift, you will need to reschedule your shift.
    2. if a game is rained out while you are working, your scheduled shift hours will be complete.
  5. Cancellations:  If you cancel your shift within 72 hours of the start of your shift, your check will be cashed unless you can find someone to swap or take over your time
  6. No shows:  if you do not show up for your shift, your check will be cashed
  7. The only family's exempt from the requirements are:
    1. OCLL Managers (Not Coaches)
    2. OCLL Board Members (Already working Board Member on Duty shifts)
    3. Please note that managers will still need to provide a check and it will be discarded when manager duties are fulfilled, and any equipment returned.
